Stainless Machinings Limited is an established modern machine shop based in Penrose, Auckland, New Zealand.
We specialise in the manufacture of precision machined components and machine design and manufacture.
We machine precision components in all materials while having extensive experience with stainless steel, titanium and alloys.
Established in 1981, we have continually upgraded our facilities and are able to provide up to date services using modern machine tools and back up software to manufacture high quality products quickly and efficiently. We embrace the challenge of taking on new work to meet the needs of new customers, deliberately choosing to remain compact and flexible in order to retain a dynamic machine shop able to achieve fast turn around. This means we save you time which saves you money.
“I started Stainless Machinings over 30 years ago and have proudly watched it become a successful, innovative company with highly experienced tradespeople and a loyal client base. I have made a point of training young, motivated staff to meet our standards in modern apprenticeships. My long involvement in sailing has given me a natural affinity for work in the marine environment and I’m pleased to say that every participant in the recent America’s Cup sailed with at least one Stainless Machinings – manufactured component on board.” Brian Lawry; owner.
We have used Stainless Machinings for over 25 years and we have always found their workmanship to be of excellent quality and good value.
